Badminton star Saina Nehwal tests Corona positive

New Delhi : Badminton star Saina Nehwal has been found to be Coronavirus positive. Saina is in Thailand to play badminton tournament, where she is now quarantined in hospital. This is a big setback for Saina Nehwal. Because the Yonex Thailand Open will be played from January 12 to 17.

This will be followed by the Toyota Thailand Open from 19 to 24 January and the BWF World Tour Finals from 27 to 31 January. Meanwhile Saina Nehwal has said that ‘I still have not received the corona test report since yesterday, it is very misleading and before the warm-up for the match today, they asked me to be admitted to the hospital in Bangkok saying that I am Corona positive.’
