IPL 2020 : These players won crores of rupees without playing a single match

Dubai : Final match of IPL 2020 was played yesterday. In which Mumbai Indians once again created history and defeated Delhi Capitals to win the final. In the IPL so far, Mumbai has been the five times champion. The credit goes to Captain Rohit Sharma, the entire team and management. Meanwhile, there are many players who have not played a single match this season but they have got huge amounts.

Many foreign players are included in this list. Apart from Australian explosive opener Chris Lynn, a total of 10 foreign cricketers including Nepal’s Sandeep Lamichane, Chemo Paul, Mitchell McClennegan, Osane Thomas, Billy Stanlake who have not played a single match this season.

Those 10 foreign players are –
Chris Lynn – Opener Lynn, who was bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 2 crore who had scored 896 runs at a strike rate of 135 in the last two IPL, did not play a single match.

Sandeep Lamichane – Nepalese leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichane, who received praise from Shane Warne for his tremendous performance in the last IPL, did not get to play a match for the Delhi Capitals in the IPL this time.

Chemo Paul – Similarly, Delhi-based West Indies all-rounder Chemo Paul took nine wickets in eight matches in the last IPL. But Paul, who bought for 50 lakhs, could not even play a match in this season.

Sherfan Rutherford – West Indies all-rounder Sherfan Rutherford also could not play a single match in this IPL.

Mitchell McClenaghan – New Zealand fast bowler Mitchell

McClenaghan Mumbai did not play a single match.

Fabien Allen and Billy Stanlake – Sunrisers Hyderabad did not give even a single match to West Indies spinner Fabien Allen and Australian skipper medium pacer Billy Stanlake, who was bought for Rs 50 lakh each.

Osane Thomas – Rajasthan Royals bought West Indies fast bowler Osane Thomas for Rs 10 million but did not play the first match of IPL.

Tim Seifert – KKR bought New Zealand’s Tim Seifert for 50 lakhs when Ali Khan was injured, but he was not given a chance in this season.

Harades Viljon – Kings XI did not give any match to South African fast bowler Harades Viljon, who took seven wickets in six matches in the last IPL. Viljoen was bought for 75 lakhs.

– CSK and RCB are the two teams that have given a chance to play to all their foreign cricketers.
