The woman’s physical activity decreases in the third trimester of pregnancy. In such a situation, if she consumes excessive amounts of ghee, then she starts having problems in delivery along with an increase in weight. The weight of the baby also increases and later it becomes difficult for both mother and baby to reduce it.

According to doctors, it is right for a woman to take 50 grams of fat daily during pregnancy. In this, women can take 3 to 4 small spoons of desi ghee. But during pregnancy, you must consult a dietician or your doctor while planning your diet.
