Mumbai : Do you know that the kidneys and liver present in our body are getting damaged slowly by external chemicals. The toxic elements of these chemicals are extremely dangerous for our body. People who follow the healthy lifestyle are also unaware of how these chemicals are destroying the main body parts. Dr. Nandita Shah, Founder of Sharan India, has informed people about this through our ‘Fit Tak’ Channel and advised them to use few things to minimum.

Non-organic food which is produced with the help of chemicals is very harmful for our body. Animals have a better ability to recognize it. But humans cannot see such pesticides, so we are buying and eating them from the market. After such chemicals enter the body, it directly affects our kidneys and liver.

Too much chemicals are used in almost all packaged food items. Juices, food, sauces, canned soup or anything else in a packet can contain chemicals. You should use fresh food instead. It is safe to buy only single ingredients that are packaged in single ingredients such as dry berries, beans or raisins.

Such chemicals are also used in food made in restaurants or food corners. The things that are used in it to increase the flavor of food or to make it tasty, are completely chemical-rich. One such element named MSG (monosodium glutamate) is used in Chinese food, canned food and processed meat, which we like very much. Keep in mind that earning more than your health matters for a restaurant.

Chemicals are also used in medicines to relieve sickness. Apart from this, it is also found in many types of supplements. Therefore, many doctors advise the patient to stop the medicines as soon as the illness comes to rest.

The toothpaste and mouthwash you use daily in the morning for glowing teeth and to avoid bad breath, contains a lot of chemical that enters directly into our mouths. However, some Medicare toothpastes have less amount of chemicals.

Such chemicals are found in many personal care products such as hair dye, perfume, lotion, deodorant, talcum powder, cosmetic, shaving cream and sunscreen. Use them less to stay safe from such chemicals present in them. Instead of this type of lotion and cream, you can use coconut or almond oil.

The chemical surface or breath present in things like incense sticks, dhoop sticks used in worship, air fresheners, mosquito coils, paste controls, detergents, window cleaners, bathrooms and toilet cleaners are entering directly into our body. The harmful chemicals present in them are also dangerous for the respiratory system.
