Surat : The pre-event of Vibrant Gujarat as well as the Gem & Jewellery Sparkle show, which is important for the entrepreneurs of Surat, has been organized by the chamber this time in February instead of December. For the first time in the chamber’s exhibition Sparkle, more than 50 stalls will be exhibiting synthetic diamonds. The Chamber’s Gem & Jewellery Sparkle Exhibition has been decided to be held in February instead of December this time.
In this regard, the officials of the chamber said that in view of the current situation of Corona, in order to get a good response from the exhibitors, Sparkle is planned to be held in February-2021 instead of December. The Chamber’s Sparkle Exhibition will be the first physical exhibition to be held online as gem and jewellery shows have taken place online in various countries since the coronavirus pandemic. The exhibition will have more than 200 stalls.
Now there is a huge demand for natural as well as synthetic diamonds in various markets of the world. The first physical exhibition in the Corona era will be held to give a better view of this segment and to give an opportunity to the industrialists associated with the synthetic diamond segment to promote their products. About 50 of the synthetic diamonds will be on display. The exhibition chairman said that a diamond company from Surat was working on a large scale to promote the local market by removing the misconceptions about synthetic diamonds. The company’s synthetic diamond pavilion will have 16 stalls. There will also be stalls from other segments.
