Mumbai : The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) probing the drug angle in the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput has not given a clean chit to actresses Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor. The investigation agency is matching the statements of these three actresses and reviewing them. Also, many other Bollywood stars are on the radar of the agency but before issuing summons to anyone, NCB is working to build a strong base.

According to NCB sources, Deepika, Sara and Shraddha have made similar statements in questioning in the drug case. It seems that all three were already prepared to give statements. The NCB has not yet reached any conclusion as there are no specific contradictions in the statements of the three. Also, on Wednesday, NCB made it clear that it has not given any clean chit to anyone. At present, the statements of those who have been questioned so far in the drug case are being reviewed by adding links. NCB questioned Deepika’s manager Karishma for hours including Deepika, Sara and Shraddha last week based on WhatsApp chat.

Some strings in the Bollywood drug syndicate case are also linked from outside Mumbai. That is why NCB has kept the phones of such people on surveillance. However, the Mumbai NCB team has given information related to this to NCB Chief Rakesh Asthana. Now they have to decide which task to assign.

Since the beginning of the Bollywood Drug Syndicate investigation, 20 people of NCB have been found to be corona infected. These include officers, employees and car drivers. Officers and employees found to be corona infected are either home quarantined or in isolation. Therefore, a new team of 20 NCB officers from Ahmedabad, Indore, Bangalore and Chennai have been called to investigate the matter.
