New Delhi : Amid Coronavirus epidemic, the central government has announced new guidelines for Unlock 5.0.  It has been decided to resume several economic activities outside the Containment Zone.  
According to the new guidelines, cinema halls and multiplexes will be opened with 50 per cent capacity.  For this, guidelines will be issued by the Central Government.  
Apart from this, it has also been approved to open swimming pools and amusement parks with new guidelines. However, the lockdown will continue strictly at containment zones until 31 October.
Decision of opening schools, colleges and coaching classes on StatesCentral government has asked states and Union Territories to take a careful decision after October 15 to open schools, colleges and coaching classes. 
The Center said that permission to open educational institutions should be sought after looking into the situation in that area and after consulting the management of the school.  Keep in mind that all these activities have been restored in areas outside the Containment Zones.
Lockdown extended till 31 October in Maharashtra In view of the coronavirus epidemic, the Maharashtra government has announced to extend the lockdown in the state till 31 October.
