Demand for CBI probe into Rohit Sharma’s injuries, serious allegations against BCCI!
Mumbai: Team India’s ‘hitman’ Rohit Sharma has been dropped from the upcoming India tour of Australia 2020. Rohit Sharma missed four matches in the IPL due to a knee injury. Therefore, some argued that Rohit’s injury should be serious. However, when Rohit took to the field to play the final match of the IPL (Mumbai vs Hyderabad) on Tuesday (November 3), it became clear that Rohit’s injury was not serious and he was completely healed.
Former India cricketer Sunil Gavaskar, ‘Colonel’ Dilip Vengsarkar and former opener Virender Sehwag have also questioned why Rohit was not given a place in the Indian team. “Rohit will definitely be on the Australia tour. The medical team is keeping an eye on both Rohit Sharma and Ishant Sharma. Ishant Sharma was not given a chance in the Australia tour. However, he can still play in the Test series. I also want to see Rohit play against Australia. If Rohit recovers from the injury, the selection committee will definitely think positively about Rohit,” Ganguly said.
