Bengaluru Police Raids Bollywood Actor Vivek Oberoi’s Mumbai House

Mumbai : The Bangalore Police has raided the house of Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi. Two inspectors of the Bangalore Police started the raid at 1 pm. This raid is being done in the case of Aditya Alva, brother-in-law of Vivek Oberoi. The Bangalore Police has reached Vivek Oberoi’s home in Juhu with a search warrant.

A police officer said about the raid, ‘Aditya Alva is absconding. Vivek Oberoi is his relative and we have received information that Alva is hiding in his house. So we wanted to check. For this, a warrant was taken from the court and our crime branch team went from Bengaluru to his house in Mumbai.

Police has also searched Aditya Alva’s house in Bangalore. Aditya Alva is the son of former Karnataka minister Jeevaraj Alva. He is allegedly accused of supplying drugs to singers and actors of the Kannada film industry.

The Kannada film industry is known as Sandalwood. Like Bollywood, there were revelations about drugs in the South film industry. Many big names had appeared in this hi-fi drug case. Some peddlers were also arrested. Also, actress Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjana Galrani were arrested in this case.
