Mumbai: Model and actress Poonam Pandey, who was in the discussions due to her hot and bold pictures and videos, got a lot of headlines after marrying only a few weeks ago. But Poonam is in the news once again and it is because of this that Poonam has accused her husband Sam Bombay of assault. After which the police arrested Sam.
For now, Sam has got bail. Sam and Poonam were in a long-term relationship and both got married about three weeks ago. But Poonam has now decided to end this marriage.
Poonam said while talking to a website, what had happened between her and Sam. She said that after an argument, things escalated so much that Sam raised his hands on her. Poonam Pandey told, ‘He kept on strangling me and I thought I would die. He punched my mouth, pulled my hair and hit my head on the edge of the bed. He knocked me down and misbehaved with me. Somehow I ran out of that room. My hotel staff called the police, who took him. Then I filed a complaint against him.
On the matter of ending her marriage, Poonam said, ‘I don’t want to go back to him for now. I do not think it is a very good idea to go back to the person who beat you up like animals. That too without thinking about its outcome.’
Poonam Pandey announced her marriage with her long time boyfriend Sam Bombay on 10th September. After this, Poonam and Sam were also spotted at Mumbai Airport. Both went to Goa for their honeymoon. Poonam Pandey and Sam Bombay had an engagement during lockdown on 27 July. After this, both of them got married on 1 September 2020. Talking about her marriage, Poonam Pandey said in an interview, ‘Due to the Corona epidemic and keeping in mind the sad reports, we decided to spread some happiness. We were married in our Bandra house in private ceremonies. It was attended by our family and friends.’
Poonam while talking about her secret marriage had said, ‘It was not a secret. Me and Sam are the funniest and naughty couples. The marriage had to be done in private ceremonies due to Corona. Poonam and Sam met during a project and the two started living together two years ago.
Poonam Pandey had told in an interview about her relationship with Sam, “I have known Sam for three years and we have been living together for two years. I met him during the shooting of a project. We could not resist ourselves and got attracted to each other. Since then everything is like a Bollywood film scene for us.”
Poonam had further said, “It will take me three months to tell all the things that made me fall in love with Sam. And obviously I will praise my husband in front of everyone and tell him that in my eyes, he is the most intelligent person in the world. Well, jokes apart, both of us have many things in common. He is my best friend and the most amazing thing is that both of us have such a deep relationship that we read each other’s minds. However, there has been a different twist in the story of both.”
