The purpose is to deliver clean water through pipelines to all the households in the country. Goal has been fixed till 2024 to meet this goal. The government will spend 3.5 lakh crore rupees on this scheme.
Under this scheme, people will get clean drinking water at home. Right now only 50 per cent of the households have access to clean water through pipelines.

PM Modi says once we get rid of the Corona crisis, the country will emerge as a new India, which will be self-sufficient. An economic package of 20 lakh crore rupees will be used to carry out this campaign which is about 10 percent of the country’s GDP. PM Modi’s effort is that in the next few years, India will become dependent on itself for most of the things.

5 Trillion Economy
PM Modi has set a target of making the Indian economy $ 5 trillion by the year 2024-25. The Corona crisis may have made this goal difficult. But still PM Modi is trying to speed up the economy.
There are many challenges along the way to reach the economy to this goal. During a discussion on the 5 trillion dollar economy, PM Modi said that this idea has not come suddenly in his mind.
