West Bengal : Union Minister Smriti Irani rides scooty during a roadshow in Panchpota
Kolkata : In the wake of the Assembly elections in West Bengal, all political parties are gearing up for strategies to attract voters. Just yesterday, Mamata Banerjee went on e-scooty to the Secretariat protesting the rising oil prices and today Union Minister Smriti Irani was seen riding scooty in response to the same.
Union Minister Smriti Irani drove the scooty during a road show in West Bengal. After the roadshow, Smriti Irani targeted Mamata Banerjee fiercely and said that violence in the state has defined Mamata Banerjee’s rule. Smriti Irani said that the democratic voices of the state have decided to defeat TMC this time in the elections.

Not only this, Smriti Irani further said that we are happy to see that the local people of West Bengal are actively participating in the rallies and events being organized by our senior leaders and supporting the Bharatiya Janata Party. On Thursday, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had arrived at the Secretariat on e-Scooty to protest against the rising prices of petrol and diesel.
