Breaking : Fire breaks out after series of blasts at LPG warehouse in Versova, 4 injured

Mumbai : A warehouse caught fire in the Versova area of Mumbai on Wednesday morning. Cylinder warehouse located on Yari Road has caught fire. Many cylinders have exploded so far. Four people have been injured in this accident, who have been admitted to Cooper Hospital for treatment. 16 fire engines have reached the spot.

According to the fire department, the fire is of Level-2. The fire started at 10.10 am. So many LPG gas cylinders were kept in this warehouse. The area has been evacuated. 16 fire fighting vehicles are trying to douse the fire.

The reason for the fire has not been revealed yet. Flames and smoke are visible from a distance too. The warehouse is near the residential building, due to which people are quite scared. This is the fourth incident of fire in Mumbai and surrounding areas in the last 24 hours.

Earlier, there was a fire in the Mankhurd area. It took more than 20 hours to overcome this level 3 fire. A firefighter was also injured while extinguishing the fire in Mankhurd.
