Sattu Roti –
Sattu is considered to be very beneficial in reducing weight along with cooling the body. Sattu contains many nutritional elements including fiber, iron, protein, magnesium and sodium. Daily use of Sattu in diet can reduce your weight by several kilos, so let’s know how Sattu Roti can be made for weight loss.

Ingredients for making Sattu roti –
-2 bowl flour
-1 bowl sattu flour
-1 large onion finely chopped
-1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic finely chopped
-1 large tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped
-1 teaspoon mustard oil
-2 green chillies finely chopped
– Salt

Method to prepare Sattu Roti
To make sattu roti, first of all take a bowl of sattu flour and mix onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, oil, green chilli and salt and prepare the mixture for roti. After this, fill the sattu mixture in the roti dough and roll it like a roti. Take a large portion of the dough so that it does not break while rolling. After this, roast this roti in a pan. You can serve it by applying desi ghee on these rotis.

Oats Roti –
Oats are also considered extremely beneficial for weight loss. The fiber named Beta-glucan present in it prevents hunger by keeping it calm for a long time.

Ingredients for making roti of oats-
– 2 cups oats
– 1/2 cup wheat flour
– 1 cup hot water

Method of making roti of oats-
To make oats roti, firstly grind the oats in a grinder. After this, mix wheat flour and oats in a bowl. You can make roti of oats too. Now heat the water, knead the oats flour with this water. After this, you can make oat rotis as normal rotis.

Soy Roti –
Soy contains vitamins, protein, iron, potassium and calcium along with low calories, it helps in reducing your weight.

Ingredients for making soy roti
– 1 cup wheat flour
– 3 tablespoons soya flour
– 1 big spoon olive oil
– Salt

Method of preparation of Soy Roti
First, take soy and wheat flour in a bowl, knead it and keep it covered for 15 minutes to set. Now add oil to this dough and knead again. So that the dough will be slightly soft. Now bake these rotis on a pan like common wheat flour rotis.
