Ahmedabad : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will come to Gujarat on a two-day visit in December. He will arrive in Kutch on December 14 and 15. Modi will inaugurate the desalination plant at Mandvi in Kutch. He will also inaugurate a new solar project in Khawda. Thus, Modi is likely to spend the night at Dhordo as development programs are to be launched in Kutch for two days. However, the program has not been finalized yet.

Modi has been visiting Gujarat for the last three months for various reasons. Earlier, on November 28, he visited the corona vaccine manufacturing plant of a leading company in Gujarat and inspected it. Modi visited the company’s plant at Changodar to see the test operation.

The chairman of the company also briefed Modi on the corona vaccine testing operation. Modi, meanwhile, personally took stock of the entire vaccination process.

Earlier, Modi was scheduled to visit on Dev Divali on November 30 to lay the foundation stone of the world’s largest solar power park in Kutch and inaugurate a new desalination plant at Mandvi, but the event was postponed.

Earlier, Modi had changed his Gujarat tour schedule due to Keshubhai Patel’s death on October 29 and instead of going to Kevadia on October 30, he came directly to Ahmedabad and reached Keshubhai Patel’s residence and met his family. After that he reached the residence of Naresh-Mahesh.

He paid tribute to the Kanodia brothers there and consoled the Kanodia family. After that he went to Gandhinagar and reached Kevadia. After arriving at Kevadia, he inaugurated 17 out of 21 projects including Jungle Safari, Ekta Mall, Ekta Nursery, River Rafting, Butterfly Garden, Vishwavan. He also inaugurated the sea-plane service during the visit.
