New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his speech at the Bharatiya Janata Party headquarters on Wednesday, after a landslide victory in the Bihar Assembly elections, termed family-run parties a threat to democracy. He said that family-run parties are the biggest threat to democracy.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing the party workers after the victory in Bihar said that unfortunately the network of family parties from Kashmir to Kanyakumari is becoming a threat to democracy. The youth of the country knows well. Family-run parties are the biggest threat to democracy.

He said that in such a situation, the responsibility of the Bharatiya Janata Party increases. We have to keep the inner democracy strong in our party. We have to make our party a living example of vibrant democracy. The party should be an excellent platform of opportunity for every worker and every citizen.

During his speech, PM Modi said that I call on the youth of the country, they should come forward and join the service of the country through BJP. To make your dreams come true, to prove your resolutions, take lotus in your hand and start moving forward.

He said that those who are not able to challenge us through democratic means, are not able to challenge us, some such people have taken the path of killing BJP workers. I try to convince them all earnestly. I do not need to warn them, that will be done by the people.

During his address, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that BJP and NDA have got immense public support in these election results. Congratulations to the BJP and NDA activist brothers and sisters for this. This election result is also the result of the efficient and effective strategy of BJP National President JP Nadda. On completion of the peaceful elections in Bihar, PM Modi said that today I thank the great people of the great country. Thank you, to the best citizens of the country. Thanks not because they have given BJP such a huge success in elections. But because all of us have celebrated this great festival of democracy with great enthusiasm.
