UP : 7 Dead, Over 25 Injured As Bus & Car Collide In Pilibhit

Pilibhit : A painful road accident took place on the National Highway 30 in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, in the early hours of today. In this accident, 7 people died and more than 25 people were injured. People present on the spot said that the driver of the pickup van got a nap in the morning. During this, he hit the moving bus, and it caused the bus to overturn. In this accident 6 passengers sitting in the bus and 1 person sitting in the pickup died.

According to the report, this accident happened between 3 to 4 am today. When the bus from Pilibhit Depot coming from Lucknow was hit by the pickup driver. The bus overturned as soon as it collided. In this accident, 7 passengers died on the spot. It includes a woman. The condition of 8 of the 24 injured is critical. He is undergoing treatment at the district hospital.

A local citizen told that the bus from Pilibhit was coming from Lucknow, while the pickup vehicle was going in the opposite direction. Meanwhile, the bus coming at a high speed collided with the pick-up driver. The collision was so fast that the balance of the bus deteriorated and the bus overturned.

Eyewitnesses say that passengers were present in the bus and some people were also sitting in the pickup. In the accident, 6 passengers sitting in the bus and one passenger sitting in the pickup were killed.
