Poonam Pandey’s Husband Sam Bombay Gets Bail In Assault Case She Had Filed
Mumbai : Bollywood actress Poonam Pandey had filed a case of assault against her husband Sam Bombay at the Canacona police station in Goa on September 22. Poonam had said in her complaint that her husband molested her on Monday night and also beat her up. In addition, Sam threatened her.
Now, her husband Sam Bombay has been given conditional bail by Goa court. The police gave this information on Wednesday. It is known that Poonam Pandey had filed a complaint accusing husband Sam of assault, after which he was arrested. However, he has now got Bell.
An official in this case said that Judicial magistrate first class Shanoor Audi has granted bail to Sam on Tuesday evening on a bond of Rs 20 thousand. The court has directed Sam to register his presence at Canacona police station for four days from Wednesday and to not influence the witnesses.
Sam was arrested in Goa on Tuesday. Poonam had filed a complaint of assault and intimidation against her husband. The incident took place in the village of Canacona in South Goa where Pandey was shooting for a film. The officer further said that Poonam had lodged a complaint late on Monday night that her husband beat and molested her, and also threatened to suffer dire consequences. Significantly, Poonam and Sam got married on 10 September. Both shared photos on social media and informed the fans about this wedding.
