Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Wife Accuses The Actor Of ‘Rape’ & ‘Fraud’, Files Complaint

Mumbai : Wife of Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, on Wednesday filed a complaint against him in Mumbai’s Versova suburban police, accusing him of rape and cheating. This information was given by an official.

The officer said that Aaliya gave a written application to the police station in the afternoon. The wife of Nawazuddin Siddiqui had filed an application for Divorce in the month of July. Along with this, she also made many statements about her sad life with the actor.

Lawyer of Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife said, “My client (Aaliya) has lodged a complaint of rape and fraud at the Versova police station. She has filed complaints under sections 375, 376 (k), 376 (n), 420 and 493 of the Indian Penal Code. We hope that the FIR in this case will also be registered soon.”

Aaliya recorded her statement in the Budhana police station in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh in connection with another complaint last week. She had lodged the complaint against Nawazuddin and four other members of his family.

“I know Nawazuddin since 2003. We used to live together. His brother also started living with us. Our journey started from there and then we got married. Although we had problems from the beginning. I thought it would stop but it has been 15-16 years and the mental torture has not stopped.”, said Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife.

She further said that I remember well that when we were dating and about to get married, he was already in a relationship with someone else. We used to fight a lot before and after marriage too. When I was pregnant, I used to drive myself and go to the doctor for a checkup. My doctors used to tell me that I am the first woman who came alone for delivery. Nawaz was not with me when I got labor pain. He was talking to his girlfriend on the phone. I knew all this because there used to be a statement of the phone bill.

Apart from this, she had said that Nawaz’s brother Shamas had given me phone bills. He only told me all the things about Nawaz. Even after my first delivery, Nawaz had no feelings for me. I never told Nawaz that his brother had told me all the things, but I had decided that now I will not stay with him.
