Ayodhya: The CBI court will give its verdict on September 30 after 27 years in the December 1992 Babri Masjid Demolition Case in Uttar Pradesh-based Ayodhya. Former Deputy Prime Minister and former Home Minister Lal Krishna Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, former Governor and former CM of UP Kalyan Singh, BJP leader Vinay Katiyar, former Union Minister and former CM of Madhya Pradesh Uma Bharti are accused in this case. The CBI had filed a charge sheet against 49 accused in this case, out of which, 17 have died.

Now before the verdict, former member of Babri Masjid, Iqbal Ansari, has requested to acquit all the accused and eliminate all the issues of Ram Janmabhoomi and Babri Masjid. Iqbal Ansari said that this issue remained in the Supreme Court and the decision has also come in favor of the temple. Many people have been heard in the Babri demolition case and there are many people who have passed away. Those who are alive are also very old. We want that all the cases related to Babri Masjid should be abolished.

Iqbal Ansari said that the Ayodhya issue had become a dispute between Hindus and Muslims and it had become the topic of politics. Now the verdict has come from the Supreme Court, then the government should eliminate this issue completely. We want that Hindus and Muslims don’t do any work in the name of temple and mosque which will be a hindrance in the country’s progress. If there is any dispute in the name of religion, then it weakens the country. I want that all the cases related to the Babri Masjid and Ram Janmabhoomi in our country should be eliminated at the earliest.

In this case, former Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Lal Krishna Advani, former Union Minister Murli Manohar Joshi, former Governor of Rajasthan and UP Chief Minister Kalyan Singh, BJP leader Vinay Katiyar, former Union Minister and Madhya Pradesh CM Uma Bharti, 32 people, including Sadhvi Ritambhara, were accused.
Oral debate was completed by the defense and prosecution in the CBI Special Court on September 1 in this case. After which now CBI Special Judge Surendra Kumar Yadav has started writing his decision. The Supreme Court has given the order to the CBI special court to give its decision by September 30 in the Babri demolition case.
