Mumbai : PUBG Mobile is currently completely banned in India. That is, now all its servers are closed and it cannot be played even if it is already installed on the phone. But now it can return soon.

Recently in a report, it was said that the company is in talks with the Global Data Cloud Service to work on data localization in India.

It is being told that Krafton / Bluehole, the parent company of PUBG Mobile, may soon announce a partnership with Microsoft Azure.

Microsoft Azure is a cloud computing platform and the company hopes to partner with this service to follow the rules of data localization in India.

It is worth noting that earlier, PUBG Mobile’s data and entire game in India was managed by Chinese company Tencent. But now Tencent has shutdown its server.

According to the report, this deal by Krafton Inc and Microsoft Azure includes PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite. That is, till Diwali, the company can run PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite back in India.

If you trust the reports, this time the data of PUBG Mobile will be stored on Microsoft’s Azure and the company will also follow the data localization.

However, it is still not told from PUBG with whom it will come to India in partnership with. Microsoft Azure is for data, but the company also needs a publisher to come back to India.

Recently, there was a report that the company is in talks with Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel for publishing rights. It was also reported that the company is in talks with Ali Baba-backed company Paytm.

So far nothing has been official about this from PUBG Corporation. But by the next week, it is expected that a big announcement can be made from the company.
