After CBI, NCB & ED, Now NIA’s Entry In Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death Probe

Mumbai : In the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, three investigating agencies are trying to find the truth. In this case, the first entry of ED was made, followed by CBI, then after the drug angle came out, NCB also became a part of it. There have been many major disclosures in the drug case so far. Bollywood is on the target of NCB. Significantly, the names of many big celebs have been revealed in Drug Connection. According to NCB sources, many major connections are yet to be revealed. At the same time, there is also news of the involvement of the National Investigation Agency in this. The NIA has been approved for this case by the central government.

The National Investigation Agency has now been given approval by the central government to investigate drug-related cases. Senior government officials have confirmed that this could be a major reason for the NIA probe into the drug case related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. This agency is basically set up to investigate cases related to terrorism.

If the investigation of Drug case related to Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death case is handed over to the NIA, then it will become the fourth agency to be involved in this case after the Central Bureau of Investigation, the Enforcement Directorate and the Narcotics Control Bureau. In fact, the revenue department of the finance ministry issued a notification on Tuesday. It states that under Section 53 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the Center, in consultation with the States, invites officers above the rank of Inspector in the NIA to exercise their powers and perform their duties.’ This section allows the government to give powers of a police station to any officer to investigate crimes under this Act.

Many important links to Sushant Singh Rajput death case have been revealed from NCB investigation into the drug chat case. Parts of the conversation between Bollywood’s most famous actress Deepika Padukone and her manager Karishma Prakash are coming to light in this case from Monday night. Whatsapp chats revealed that codenames D for Deepika and K for Karisma were being used. The conversation between Deepika and Karisma was done on October 28, 2017. Now the name of Diya Mirza is also coming to the fore. NCB will soon send summons to these two actresses.

Today (Sep. 23), the CBI team is again going to Mumbai for a week for investigation of the Sushant Singh Rajput case. After 21 consecutive days of investigation in the Sushant case, the CBI team had returned to Delhi a few days ago. For the last three days, meetings have been held at the CBI headquarters regarding the results of the investigation so far. The CBI has not yet found any concrete evidence to prove that Sushant was killed. The CBI is now trying to find any connection in the case of Disha Salian.

According to sources, the AIIMS forensic team is going to submit its report to the CBI next week. Sources said that the forensic team on behalf of the CBI has been clearly told to mention in its report only those things which can be proved in court.
