Surat : Girl arrested after her sports bike stunt video goes viral
Surat : The Surat police have finally nabbed a 20-year-old woman whose “sports bike stunts” video went viral. The arrest is made for allegedly endangering life of other people in danger.
The 20-year-old woman is identified as Sanjana. Her videos performing bike stunts on the roads of Surat has gained huge popularity on Instagram.
An investigation has been opened against the woman. It is being told that the woman did the stunts to garner more followers on social media and to attract the attention of Bollywood.
In the initial investigation, the Surat city Umra police identified the owner of the bike as Mohammed Bilal Ghanchi. It is being told that he is the resident of Sagbara village in Narmada district. Bilal told the Surat police that he had given his bike to the woman. The woman had borrowed the bike stating she wanted it for modelling and photography.
Police said Sanjana originally belongs to Bardoli and would come from her hometown to Surat to perform the stunts. Interestingly, though she herself performed bike stunts without helmet and safety gears, she advised followers not to do the same and in fact wear a helmet.
