Jasprit Bumrah may again miss the ODI series against England

Mumbai : A four-Test series is being played between India and England followed by a five-match T20 International series and a three-match One-Day International series. The last match of the Test series is to be played from March 4 at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad. After this, five T20 Internationals will also be played on this ground.

All three matches of the ODI International Series are to be played in Pune. Team India has been announced for the T20 series, but for the one-day series, Team India has not been announced yet. Bumrah, who withdrew his name due to personal reasons from the last Test, can also be rested in the ODI series.
Bumrah played the first match of the Test series and then was rested in the second Test. Bumrah got a place in the playing XI in the third Test, but did not get a chance to bowl much, as spinners R Ashwin and Akshar Patel took all the wickets of England batsmen. According to the news of Cricbuzz, Bumrah has already been rested in the five-match T20 International series and can now be rested in the ODI series as well.

Apart from Bumrah, Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant and Washington Sundar can also be rested from the ODI International Series. Rohit, Sundar and Pant are all part of Team India for the T20I series, while Bumrah has also been rested in the T20I series.
