Sensex opens beyond 51200 with a gain of 473 points

Mumbai : The domestic stock market was up in the last week. During this period, the Sensex has gained 4445.86 and the Nifty has increased by 1289.65 points. Today, on the first trading day of the week i.e. Monday, the stock market opened on the green mark. Today, the Bombay Stock Exchange’s flagship index Sensex opened by 473.04 points (0.93 per cent) to 51204.67 level. At the same time, the National Stock Exchange’s Nifty opened at 15060.95 with a gain of 136.70 points, or 0.92 per cent.

Today 1123 stocks gained and 271 stocks declined. There was no change in 69 stocks. The market capitalization (market cap) of the top 10 Sensex companies collectively rose by Rs 5,13,532.5 crore last week amid widespread positive market sentiment. During this period, the market capitalization of banks was seen to be the highest.

Market will be affected by these factors this week Analysts said that there are no major economic developments this week, so companies’ quarterly results and global indicators will play an important role in guiding the market. He said that big developments like the budget and the monetary review of the Reserve Bank have been passed. In such a situation, the investors’ perception will again decide the basic factors. Last week, the BSE 30-share Sensex gained about 9.6 percent. Due to good budget and quarterly results of companies, market sentiment has been positive in the long term. However, analysts believe that after a strong surge last week, there may be some correction in the market this week.
