Bihar : Protesters breaking laws will neither get government jobs nor contracts

Patna : If there is uproar in protest, road jam or any other such case and law and order problem arises, then the people involved in the protest will neither get a job nor contract. In such cases, an FIR is lodged and if a charge sheet is filed against a person, then it will be clearly mentioned in their police verification report. On being charged, these people will neither get a government job nor get a contract.

DGP SK Singhal has issued a detailed order in connection with the Police Verification Report after the character certificate was made mandatory in the contract involving the Government of Bihar. It is needed for many tasks. The character certificate is also issued on the basis of this report. During the police verification report, which things to take care of and which points to investigate, it has also been clarified.

According to the order issued by the DGP, if a person is involved in law and order situation, protests, road jams and a police chargesheet is filed against him, then his difficulties will increase. This will be clearly mentioned in the police verification report of such a person. If this happens, he will not get government jobs and contracts. In the verification report, there will be entry of cognizable offense and action taken by police and court. It will only mention the pending police action, FIR or criminal accused, charge sheeted and convicted by the court. However, the research report will not be commented on not filing the chargesheet after research and also on the person who has been declared suspicious.

Nitish Sarkar has dismissed six doctors who have been continuously absent for 5 to 18 years. These include Dr. Jyoti working in Ballia of Begusarai, Dr. Moshabbar Hayat Askari of Sheikhpura, Dr. Ramchandra Prasad of Halasi of Lakhisarai, Dr. Indu Jyoti of Rohtas, Dr. Sangeeta Pankaj of Phulwaria of Gopalganj and Dr. Sunil Pathak working in Sahebpur Kamal of Begusarai. This decision has been taken in the meeting of the state cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday.
