Horrific road accident in Odisha, Pickup van overturned, 10 dead
Cuttack : A horrific road accident occurred in Koraput district of Odisha. A pickup van overturned here on Sunday. 10 people died and 15 others were injured in the accident. A police officer said that the incident took place in Murtahandi in Kotpad police station area.
Odisha: Nine people died, 13 injured after a van overturned in Kotput, Koraput district.

He said that around 30 people were returning to their village after attending a condolence meeting of a relative from neighboring Chhattisgarh state when the accident occurred. Koraput Superintendent of Police Varun Guntupalli said 10 people died on the spot. He said that 15 injured have been admitted to a hospital in Kotpad. The condition of 10 of the injured is said to be critical. The entire area has been disrupted since the accident.
