Lalu Yadav will get bail or jail, decision on bail plea today

Ranchi – The bail plea of RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav, who is serving a sentence in jail in the fodder scam, will be heard today. Today it will become clear whether Lalu will stay in jail or come out on bail. Bail plea of RJD chief Lalu Prasad, who is serving sentence in four cases of fodder scam, will be heard in the Jharkhand High Court on Friday.

Earlier, a report was filed in court by Lalu Prasad regarding the duration of his custody. At the same time a special request was made to the court for early hearing on bail. Accepting Lalu Prasad’s plea, the court has fixed the date of hearing on his bail.

The case is listed for hearing in the court of Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh. Bail has been demanded from Lalu Prasad Yadav’s side in this case, citing half of the sentence being completed and various ailments. Lalu Prasad Yadav has been sent to AIIMS Delhi from RIMS in Ranchi for better treatment.
