London : British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has again announced a lockdown in the country amid the growing crisis of new strains of corona infection. Boris Johnson said that to deal with Corona, a new lockdown has been enforced for at least until mid-February to prevent new strains. On one hand, the work of applying the Corona vaccine has been started in the UK and on the other hand the lockdown has been announced.
Boris Johnson addressed the nation on Monday night. He said that this is a difficult time for the country. Corona cases are increasing rapidly in every part of the country. Currently, schools, colleges and universities will remain closed in the UK, classes will run online. University students will not return to the campus at least until mid-February. During lockdown, people will have to stay in their homes and will be allowed to leave only for essential work.
All non-essential shops and personal care services such as hairdressers will remain closed, and restaurants will only provide takeout services. Explain that till Monday there were 26,626 patients in England hospitals. This is an increase of over 30% since the previous week. In this season, this figure is 40 percent higher than the highest level of the first wave.
Boris Johnson said, the way the Coronavirus cases are increasing, it is clear that we will need to work harder. In Britain we should go into a national lockdown because this drastic step against the new strain of Coronavirus is enough. This means that the government is once again directing you to stay at home. The British Prime Minister said that though people can get out of the house for important tasks. For example, you can leave to bring the necessary goods, if you are unable to work from home, then you can go to the office.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson had already indicated the strong restrictions. On Monday, the PM had prepared strict restrictions to stop the pace of Corona.
