New Delhi : Countries and the world are fighting deadly coronavirus. The daily figures of infection are decreasing but there is no significant relief. India’s total cases have increased to 94,31,692 with 38,772 new cases of corona infection in the country in the last 24 hours. At the same time, the death toll with 443 new deaths has come to 1,37,139. Corona has a total of 4,46,952 active cases in the country. 88,47,600 people have recovered with recovery of 45,333 patients in the last 24 hours.
Among the increasing cases of corona in the country, it is a matter of concern that the recovery rate has come down partially to 93.61 percent due to the decrease in the number of healthy people compared to new cases.

The rate of active cases in the country remains at 4.90 percent while the death rate also remains at just 1.46 percent. In the case of corona infection, India is on second number after America. The total number of infected in the US has been around 1.28 crores. India, however, is still trailing 38.86 lakh cases from the US.
India has seen an increasing number of new Covid-19 cases daily for about six months after infection spread in the country. The number of daily new cases was below the 100,000 mark on 10 September (when 99,181 new cases were reported). Thereafter, the trend of reduction in daily new cases subsided by the end of October and daily new cases stabilized. Daily new cases decreased significantly earlier this week, mainly due to a decrease in the number of tests conducted over the weekend.
