Jaish-e-Mohammed Deoband connection, Sleeper cell was helping the terrorists

New Delhi : Deoband connection of two terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed caught from Delhi has been revealed. An inquiry by the Special Cell of Delhi Police has revealed that many people belonging to Deoband were associated with the two terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed. Now the team of Special Cell will be sent to Deoband in UP to search for these helpers.

Both terrorists were arrested from Delhi on 16 October
On October 16, Special Cell caught two Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists from Sarai Kale Khan Bus stand in Delhi. Both the terrorists were identified as Abdul Latif Mir and Mohammad Ashraf, residents of Kashmir. Police searched the pistol, several objectionable literature and illegal things from them.

Terrorists belonged to WhatsApp group named ‘Jihad’
During interrogation of the Special Cell, it has been found that both the terrorists were associated with a whatsapp group named ‘Jihad’. People from Deoband, Delhi and Telangana were also included in this group. The captured terrorists also stayed in Deoband for a long time. After this disclosure from both the terrorists, the police is now preparing to nab their helpers.

Special team will find a sleeper cell network in Deoband
According to Delhi Police sources, the team of Special Cell will soon be sent to Deoband who will investigate the network associated with Jaish-e-Mohammed there. It is believed that during this period many suspects may also be arrested.
